monday 3rd JULY 2006

youth day holiday. shawnie came to pick me up and off we went to catch adrina's performance at milenia walk at 8 am ! but we were late ! didnt get to see her sing ! ohh wells. anyway , charissa, chrislyn , don and hongchow also came along but they were late too. so went to eat breakfast with shawnie at suntec. met the group again den chris wanted to eat so only me shawnie and her. den shawnie dropped us off at cityhall and the both of us went to find the 4 lovebirds at cityhall. den walked to the esplanade . 5 lightbulbs following the 4 lovebirds. me and chrislyn + 3 other of adrina's classmates. me and chrislyn decided to have our own convo and talked alot ! and really got to noe each other more ! found out that we had lots of things in common ! yupps den went over to marina square . walked here and there. went to all the shops and had loads of fun trying on the clothes with chris ! had a GREAT time !

friday 7th JULY 2006

school ends early !! at 12pm. scheduled to meet chrislyn to go for more shopping ! anyways after school went to taka with ethel first. went zara ..omg !!! the SALE ! it was fanstastic ! i loved it . anyways bought this nice plain ARMY GREEN tube top ! den after that met chrislyn at 3pm at bugis . ate our lunch and went off to bugis street in search for a dress for our " retro sunday " ! cos we were planning to wear dresses to chuch and go totally retro this sunday ! finally found a nice green halter dress and talked alot ! had great fun. also went to arab street ! both of us went crazy over all the cool diy stuff ! all the charms , chains , sequins ! we were sooo inspired to totally create our own accessories ! but in the end didnt buy anything. but we'll definitely go there again once we have decided what we wanna make ((: ohh yar ! saw debbie and mavis there ! got a shock ! nv expected to see them in arab street . hahas oh yar went to the costume shop at golden landmark too ! talked so much bout dance stuff and really got to noe each other more too ~!

met mich and lianne at bugis first to shop and had lunch together ! den met chrislyn again at taka 's zara and went crazy over all the GREAT clothes !! den went forever 21 at wisma and tries on those totally retro shades there ! and we finally bought our shades too ! hahahs prepare ourselves for our retro sunday tmr !!

sunday 9th JULY 2006

woke up early this morning to meet chrislyn at bugis mrt b4 churh cos she needed to get this "girl thing" for her dress . hahahs ok so after we got it wen to the toilet and touched up b4 going off to church . took pics too !! den we met rachel and her taiwan friends on the train too . yeah so we talked alot on the train . bout our problems with our cell grp and everything. wow den we were saying that just when we were having all these problem , we just got to noe each other and shared it with each other too . so it must really be God's timing or someth like that hahs. anyways when we were walking to hall 9 sooo many ppl were looking at us girls in halter dresses and shades on top of our heads ! den omg the most embarrassing thing happened ! suddenly i saw lester and jianxin den lester was like " vanessa, why you wear until like that today ? " so i was so embarrassed that i didnt noe what to say and blurted out someth like "why cannot ? " omg anyways i'm not alone ! chrislyn also. hahas . yeah den when we went to church so many ppl commented on our dresseing , but it was good comment s ! den ppl were like teasing me , wah whats the special occasion? or who you wanna let see ? hahahs got nobody to let see anyways . NO ! actually got ! but too bad the PEOPLE didnt see me today ! or at least i didnt see them ! ohhh wells ! yar den sha and adrina didnt come today ! so sad alone with susie and nicole. tsk . ohh wells its ok. there're fun ppl ! hahahs quitre fun to talk to anyways .

ponned drama today with mich and lianne . cos was was damn hungry and i had a craving for jack's place . i suggested we go there to eat ! yay so we went to the one at century square and ate our fill! took so many lame pics of us eating with the food ! anyways had a GREAT time ! crapping ard and all. it will be our last full meal until ... cos must save money !! also of this fridays' s GIRLS NIGHT OUT ! with mich lianne and ethel !

friday 14th JULY 2006

after school the 4 of us straight away rushed to lianne's house after school to prepare ourselves and make up for later ! cos ethel had to go meet her her bf first so she went off early while the 3 of us slowly took our time to prepare . and us being us , only went out of the house at 6 ++. hahas yeah i wore my zara tube and jeans . together with my retro shades ! ok first we went to taka for our dinner , walked ard the place first .went to zara n i bought a white off shoulder dressy top ! i love it ! looks so dancey . took lots of pics at zara too ! den we wanted to eat a nice full meal but unfortunately the place was crowded shit with office people so in the end at at the basement foodcourt . den after that met lianne's cousin with her friend and walked down orchard to the bus stop to take a bus to city hall . to meet ethel and her bf and andrea too . after reaching cityhall . walked to esplanade the whole group of us to watch some baybeats thing . so when we went there , hahas brought back memories of 3rd july when i went there with the whole group. so the baybeats thing was actually outside the esplanade by the river there. it was damn crowded too with ppl of all kinds ! AND it was also damn HOT TOO ! me, andrea , mich and ethel were kinda complaining cos of the heat . and we wanted desperately to go inside to the very NICE airconditioned esplanade . but we got used to it anyway. wasnt that interested in the baybeats thing . was MUCH MORE interested in posing and taking pics by the river and the fullerton and the night view ! cos it'll make us look like glamour girls or someth ! hahahs . so there we were posing and taking pics by the fullerton ! we sat on the metal railing on this bench . was clinging on to each other in fear at first cos beneath us was the DEEP DARK DIRTY river ! cant imagine what will heppen if i fall in . also no prince charming to come save us too. okay only ethel though . anyways we were finally standing up and believe it or not doing bimbotic poses too ! anyways had a GREAT time ! didnt realise so many ppl were looking at us girls until lianne told us ! hahas . den left at ard 10+ and back to lianne's house to get changed and remove all traces of evidence . took cab home with mich after that . dead tired . reached home alomst 12 but had a GREAT girls night out !

ADRINA'S BIRTHDAY !

after school ponned drama as usual and met chrislyn to go both zaras at marina square and taka ! tried on our the lovely clothes again and bought this yellow flowy dress/top . actually until now . i still dont understand why i bought it . cant seem to fit it with anything ! argh . anyways ! we saw the SI finalists at taka zara ! saw nurul , rahimah and gayle ! omg chrislyn wanted to approach them to take a pic but i was liek huh ? here? inthe middle of zara ?? but yeah she insisted but in the end didnt get too ! cos they left already after we finished paying ! so wasted . anyways got busted for reaching home st 8 plus !

after school off me mich and lianne went to far east in search of a good and cheap hair salon to cut our hair ! finally found one that was really totally worth it ! they cut , washed and straightened our hair for only a mere 12 bucks ! and the after was great too ! love my newly layered hair now !

ponned drama to go watch pirates of the caribbean 2 with nic and linette at CS ! omg i so not regret watching it ! i LOVE the movie and i dont mind watching it again and again ! plus johnny depp and orlando bloom are like so hot (:

BIG WALK ! woke up damn early at 6 + to go for the walk at padang . parents lar . wanted to go so early . anyways i was kinda moody cos was being rushed out of the house when i 'm not even fully prepared yet so yeah . my whole cell group didnt go except me shawnie and nicole. see thats the spirit huh ? how boring . and i missed those times when i was still over at pea's side . that sense of big together-ness . all gone now . anyways tiffany brought her whole guitar cca so saw caroline and jiali there ! anyways the walk FINALLY started after the damn long warm ups and waiting . kinda boring though. but most of the time was walking with nicole . we were trying our best to get in front of the crowd cos practiacally everyone was strolling ! yeah so den when we were about to finish , saw adrina with her sis and her aunt . but i was pissed with her den so didnt really talk to her . just walked on ! den we finally finished ! took a pic at the 4 million smiles station together ! den saw chrislyn and rachel . told them what happened between us and den the 3 of us took a pic at the station too ! yeah but the walk would've been soooo much more fun if a whole big cell group of us were walking together ! anyways followed shawnie and the rest of my 'aunts' to raffles city when i suddenly saw chrystal and nicolette tan holding donation cans . unfortunatel i had no money haHAS . talk bout seeing so many of my school/classmates outside toay ! den went to have lunch at bk. cos shawnie said over at kovan there's this warehouse sale . so went ALL the way there. didnt really see anything i fancied so yeah .supposed to meet sha or chrislyn later left after that . met sha after her training and went to raffles city to walk ard ! love the newly renovated basement ! omg one day i'm so gonna go there again and be taitai as all the shops there are so nice and make you feel .. taitai ! hahas . didnt meet chrislyn in the end although she asked us whether we wanna go watch the ndp preview. but was desperate to get home cos was tired and smelly from the walk too .
